Hi!! My name is Alexis, you can call me lexi or lex or Alexis, it doesn't matter to me!! I have struggled for a very long time with mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a panic disorder. Until recently, I had surrendered to allowing my mental health struggles to control my life. I recently found, and am still finding new ways and tools to overcome the crippling mental state I was in and I want nothing more but to share my journey with you! Please note that I am simply sharing my experience, tools, and knowledge with you as a suggestion to living a better life. If you are working a treatment plan with a doctor, this is not an alternative. This is simply positive, additional information and tools that are helping me overcome a very difficult period of mental disease. I suggest that you discuss anything you feel uncomfortable with or about with your doctor. I am simply sharing positive tools that you can add to better your mental health.
